We have a long history of supply of bodyside windows, providing glass only solutions and framed solutions to meet customer demands and industry standards.

We design and manufacture high-quality, versatile glass for train builders globally for all rail vehicles including DMU/EMU trains and LRV’s including trams and metros.

Our glazing solutions are tailored to customer requirements for installation and are supplied as single or double glazed assemblies.

Our range includes not only fixed windows, but also opening vent windows which can be locked open or closed to provide emergency ventilation when required.

Our design team’s knowledge of rail standards for bodyside windows is unrivalled and we were the first company to offer a rubber glazed solution to meet the impact requirements of the latest GM/RT2100 standard – even being commissioned by RSSB to undertake testing on their behalf.

Like our windscreen designs, our myriad of framed solutions are produced to EN15085 (welding) and where bonding is required to DIN6701, ensuring our clients compliance needs are always covered.

Furthermore, we have developed a solution for our double glazing units to promote attenuation of mobile phone signals – without any impact to the customer vision.

De-coating lines are often visible in DGUs where this requirement is mandated, but our engineering team have solved this problem, to ensure the customer’s view is as clear as the mobile phone signal.
