Interior Fabrications

Whilst we have many complex glass solutions for rail vehicles, our vast product range also includes a multitude of interior fabrications.

We supply painted interior aluminium extrusions to use for side walls and ceilings, stainless steel litter bins, grab poles, doorway tread plates and interior panels.

This list is an example of the products we supply to the rail OEM, refurbishment and spares market and is intended only to demonstrate the diversity of our product range. When it comes to rail interiors, where there is metal fabrication, finishing and assembly required, we have the capability to assist.

We usually create our own designs to solve customer needs, though we are just as happy to reverse engineer products or build to print, based on existing customer designs.

Where applicable, all our interior fabrications are welded according to EN15085 and where bonding is required, to DIN6701, ensuring the finished assemblies meet the full requirements of stringent rail standards.

Products can be powder coated, wet painted or a mixture of both, using rail approved coatings. Anodising is also available as an alternative.
