Perth Museum

Perth Museum opened its doors after a £27m development project. This world-class cultural and heritage attraction highlights the fascinating objects and stories that put Perth and Kinross at the centre of Scotland’s story.

Dellner Glass Solutions played a pivotal role on the museums opening having been  tasked by Elmwood Projects Ltd. to design, supply and install 130 high-quality museum showcases for seven galleries, each tailored to the artefacts within it. Within the scope of work was a bespoke display case for the iconic Stone of Destiny. This precious object required meticulous design to ensure it had both a secure and visually appealing display space. The stone now sits alongside more than 3,000 local objects, spanning 10,000 years.
